Bed was noisy. Ac was noisy. No heater when asked the respond was no heater for long time. Very bed water pump. No kettle all need to use reception coway got water with provided ikea cup.

- very basic room. No window, basic tv channels. No kettle, cups or coffee sachets provided in the room. No toothbrush & shampoo provided. Only small soap provided not the gel/foam type. - The bed is old & the room not so clean. - They have water dispenser at the lobby (coffee sachet & cup is there) - upper floors only by stairs - only few rooms at ground floor. You should ask before booking if you're travelling with senior citizen or/and small children

Positive: The price is affordable for a Family Room for four. The location is convenient, easy to find, and close to cafés and eateries. The hotel is situated behind a laundromat and a 7-Eleven. The room cleanliness was acceptable; however, the bathroom did not meet the same standard. Negative: Upon arrival, there was no staff present at the reception. After ringing the bell several times, a lady attended to us but did not appear welcoming and did not greet us. Assistance was only provided when we asked questions. It was unclear whether she was staff or the owner. The bathroom floor was not clean. Basic amenities such as bath soap and toothpaste were not provided. Drinking water was not provided. The overall condition of the hotel interior was untidy and cluttered. The exterior area was also disorganized, with shoes, slippers, and unused items scattered around. There was even a refrigerator placed outside, giving the impression of a storage or moving situation. The air conditioning was not functioning properly and was sometimes not cooling effectively. Guests are required to leave their shoes outside the hotel, which may pose a risk of loss.

Hotel di kawasan kangar. bilik family room besar. cuma bilik air sahaja kecil sedikit. untuk ke bilik perlu naik tangga. untuk yang nak stay sebelum gerak ke thailand sesuiai menginap transit di sini sementara. lain2 semua OK. terima kasih

The cleanliness of the property was satisfactory but there were some areas that could have been improved especially the bathroom and water supply.
