I booked and paid for 3 nights at this hotel, but unfortunately I decided to leave after just one night due to the poor room conditions. The room had no window, no air-cond, and poor ventilation, making it difficult to breathe. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, and the walls showed water marks. The bathroom facilities were disappointing. The shower water pressure was weak, and the shower gel appeared to be diluted with water. The towel provided was not a proper bath towel and felt more like a thin piece of cloth that was unable to absorb water effectively. There appeared to be dust on the bed and other surfaces. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and the room conditions were far below my expectations. I chose to forfeit the remaining 2 nights and find alternative accommodation.

Sorry to say. Hotel ni sy boleh katakan tak selesa utk stay dan tak relevan dgn harga rm80 lebih yg sy bayar. Biasanya bilik harga mcmni kurang2 pun siap ada kettle, kopi&teh. Dh la bertangga2 nak naik atas sampai tingkat 3. Anak2 pun surrender🤣 Masuk2 bilik terkejut tgk rak mekapnya reput menanti roboh. Bilik agak berbau, agak berhabuk, tv ada tp tak boleh psang pn. Cadar, sarung bantal mcm dh lama tktau zaman bila punya. Lampu pun kdg tiba2 berkedip2 dah mcm filem horror dah 😅 Ttg location pun satu hal juga. Cari guna waze pn jenuh nak jumpa. Rupanya signboard hotel pn pudar sampai tak berapa nak nampak. Pintu masuk hotel pn mengelirukan. Parking jgn dikenang. Sgt2 susah nk dpt prking melainkan pukul 9malam ke atas sbb kedai2 situ tutup. Sekitar hotel yg ada cuma restoran chinese je. Nk cari kedai makan melayu, kne naik kete cari sbb agak jauh. Situ yg ada pun cuma dominos pizza, family mart. Kpd pihak hotel, tolong lah improve kualiti hotel anda. Dah banyak bad review kat sini. At least upgrade fasiliti yg ada. Yg dh reput2 tu boleh remove dah. Guest harapkan satu bilik hotel yg selesa dan bersih utk berehat even stay satu malam je. Sorry sbb terpaksa review jujur. 🥲

There was repeated loud verbal harassment, defamation jf my name (I was repeatedly called by my name and the phrase "anal sex offender schizophrenic "from the hotel surveillance public security announcement system after I went to my room to sleep. The room has. No windows, the matress was damaged and dirty under the sheets. The room had no air conditioner, but the website advertised that this room had an air conditioner and fan.

1. Its crowded area in a day time, thus challenging to get parking 2. Aircond got no remote control-the temperature is high (not cold) 3. No towel provided 4. Wifi is super slow, not able to load insta pics. Maybe being cap at certain speed. End up im using my mobile data
