Stayed two nights in the hotel. From the booking to leaving was poo. Booking girl at the deck don't now where or how to find the booking. The booking was down for the wrong day . Room was small stuff and smell of damp. No tea or coffee in the room not even a glass in the bathroom to rinse your teeth. The tap in the sink running all the time would not turn off. The shower head leaking water running out all over the place. Asked to have the room cleaned after the first night wasn't done only two new towels replaced no bins emptied. Breakfast was ok but you need to update your staff on how to take orders and serve customer. On the Saturday night a lot of music it was on till 2 o'clock in the morning . On check out the poor girl had got a clue what to do. The hole place needs to have a good at its self building in and outside staff well been and training. Sorry will not be back or recommend to anyone.

Poor service
Hotel seemed to be under staffed as I had to wait for every service or information required, for dinner I just gave up and went to another restaurant.

Disappointed
Booked here for my partner and my birthdays because they had dances advertised for Friday night and was a band I liked but they cancelled them. Was very disappointing but went on anyway. Stayed in room *** and the bed needs to be put in the skip. Was all down in 1 side and lumpy mattress. No tea/coffee in room and walls very thin. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good but no cereals.
