컬렉션 O 세렘반, 게이트웨이 몰 근처, 이전 이름 스리 무티아라 호텔

First, when I arrived at the corridor outside the hotel room, there was an unpleasant smell, almost like urine. Second, the female staff member at the counter was not friendly when I was checking out. I had accidentally left the air-conditioner remote in the room, and she asked me to go back upstairs just to get it. I was never informed earlier that the remote had to be returned during check-out. If the hotel requires guests to return the air-conditioner remote, please inform them in advance so they do not have to go all the way back to the room just to collect it. The staff member was also not welcoming and did not smile at all. I hope the management can advise the female Indian staff member to be more friendly and professional when dealing with guests.

Toilet sangt kotor!!! Lambat check out sikit charge ikut minutes.bilik pun kotor.bnyk lipassssss.very 😞 bad.

The staff welcome service is terrible and no WiFi available. When I check in, there is no remote tv. The tv is broken they said when I ask for remote and they didn't repair the lamp switch. The hotel are quite clean and the price affordable. If you want to sleep for a night it's ok, but if you want to come for relaxing more than a day it's not recommend.

Value for money, Not sure have free WiFi or not ( didn't need it), i didn't took the remote for television. Aircond is good, not to cold ( suits us for sleep), quiet environment, maybe becoz our on the 3rd floor, spacious room, have sejadah . They fotocopy my ic ,hope they cross it. when to morning receptionist, i wish to cross it, but he said ,all fotocopy will be thrown out after they end shift. Who wish to book here ,bring your own mineral water. they didnt prepare it. thats all. Overall i give 8 for value.

Still to upgrade facility and cleanless of every romm.... badsheet and aircondition
