Pros: Fits a lot of people Good for large gatherings Looks pretty Cons: Late check-in due to delay on their end, yet still enforced the 11am check-out on us. Key pickup from a far away hotel instead of the actual location of the home stay. Not as child friendly as they claim - lots of glass furniture. Claims to have 6 rooms, only 5 were open to use. Person in charge that I spoke to was rather rude and dismissive, very unprofessional. Only 2 parking lots, but we can understand the constraints. 3 bathrooms for a house that can fit at least 14 people. Overall for its price I think there’s better options that are not as expensive.

Location is convenient for food, laundary, happy mart is near homestay.

Nice house...but it will be good if owner provide wifi and iron with boards.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING — NOT AS ADVERTISED & NOT RECOMMENDED I had an extremely bad and frustrating experience with this homestay. After a long drive from KK, the last thing we expected was to arrive at a house in this condition. What we found was completely different from what was advertised, and frankly, I cannot understand how this property was considered ready to receive paying guests. First, the water pressure/pump was not functioning properly, and the water heater was broken. The air-conditioning units were also a problem because the remotes were malfunctioning, making it difficult or impossible to properly operate them. The condition of the bedrooms was equally disappointing. In the last room near the kitchen, the spring from the mattress was coming out. The bedsheets were extremely thin, covered with lint/fuzz, and some were stained. This is simply not the standard of cleanliness and comfort anyone should expect from paid accommodation. The TV could not be operated, and although the listing advertised Wi-Fi, there was NO Wi-Fi available. The house itself is clearly poorly maintained. We found multiple damaged or broken items, including the kitchen cabinet, TV cabinet and dining chair. Even the refrigerator was dirty and had unknown stains inside. And the so-called "garden" outside? It had overgrown/tall grass and broken steps at the patio, which made the entire outdoor area look neglected rather than maintained for guests. What made me even more uncomfortable was that the house did not feel properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival. The dishwashing area still appeared recently used—the dish soap/sponge area was soaked, and there was even what looked like a Maggi/noodle stain or residue left behind. It genuinely made us question whether the property had been properly cleaned between guests. But perhaps the most frustrating part was the response when I asked for help. I contacted the owner, who then passed me to their agent -Trival Property Homestay. The agent was unhelpful, provided no meaningful assistance and offered NO proper solution to the problems we were facing. We had just completed a long journey from KK and arrived expecting the accommodation that we had paid for based on the photos, description and facilities advertised on Agoda. Instead, we arrived tired and had to deal with broken facilities, cleanliness issues, poor maintenance and nonexistent advertised amenities. This is UNACCEPTABLE and absolutely NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID. I am extremely disappointed not only with the condition of this property, but also with the way the situation was handled by the host/management and agent. Guests should not have to chase people for help after arriving at accommodation that is clearly not in the condition advertised. I strongly suggest that future guests think twice before booking this property, unless the host can prove that these issues have been properly rectified. Based on my experience: NOT RECOMMENDED.
