City Center Apartments & Spa by Apartmore

We got our keys in the office of Apartmore which is few minutes from the booked aparment. Their office is open until 18:00 and you should send an email beforehand to ask the address in order to pick up the keys. The staff can speak good english and helpful. We paid for cleaning fee and taxes which is not part of the booking fee and theres a deposit of around 75 euros which i received 3 days after checking out. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is complete with coffee maker, microwave, oven, and dishwashing machine. The location is 5 minutes walk to the city center and the room is quiet. Overall experience was fantastic.

Agoda blocks communication with the vendor. Address is incorrect. Next to impossible to communicate with the vendor through Agoda. Need a garage key. Key fob to exit the garage. Code to get through first set of doors. Key to access 2nd door and key to access your apartment. Wow

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was positive. Communication with the staff was good, and the check-in process was smooth. A useful note for future guests: if you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM, it is highly recommended to call the company’s phone number well in advance so that the check-in process can be arranged smoothly. Also, please note that the company’s office address is different from the apartment’s address. In addition, a security deposit of 300 PLN is required upon arrival. This deposit is refundable and is usually returned within one week, provided that the apartment is left in good condition. This information would have been helpful to know before arrival and may help future guests avoid confusion.
