We stayed here in Dianao for two days, they accommodate us even for a last minute alteration of our trip since I originally booked only 1 night but 3S Dilasag and I had a misunderstanding with the booking so I have to request for an accommodation in the Kubo 1 and 2 for our first night and they did accommodate us, it's just that the restrooms/ bathrooms there are a bit far and not cleaned yet when we arrived. Also there's no access to the main Dianao resort area, I think they used to have access but they closed it. So, it is really difficult for my mom to walk in the shore or on the road outside to go to the main resort. Also, the food is okay but too salty and difficult to chew, for breakfast they only have very few options. I suggest since it is a beach resort and seafoods are cheap they should have added those options for breakfast. It is also fresh from locals. Thank you!

Overall, we're satisfied with our stay but I have to say that are small details that the place could definitely improve on. I don't complain about the size of the pool, I should say it's just enough for the space but water should be much clearer... not sure if it has pump recycling and filtering water... definitely cloudy water especially obvious at night when the underwater lights are on. On breakfast, first morning, we were told they don't serve eggs (on a breakfast I emphasize... what hotel/resort with breakfast package included don't serve breakfast?) so we had to order... so they do have eggs, you just have to pay on top of the added cost for "breakfast included" booking. On the second morning, there's eggs, but... all pre-cooked sunny side. My daughter only eats scrambled for eggs... so, had to pay again "on top" so my daughter can have scrambled eggs. I wish that Dianao would consider asking guests how their breakfast eggs (which should be by default part of a breakfast meal) how they'd like those eggs cooked. Lastly, I booked 2 rooms, this one for 3pax, but the 3rd person is unable to come. I tried changing number of guests on Agoda days before but I was prompted to arrange at property since agoda can't change. Upon arrival, I immediately requested if a refund is possible for the extra person and I was told they will try to arrange and communicate with Agoda. Todate, I haven't had any clear feedback yet.

Staying in Dianao was worth it! Ang ganda ng beach 😭 The food is great na in that price. Ang yummy rin ng chicken Alfredo 😋 Comfort room needs to get fixed pa kasi my mejo amoy kahit hindi pa nagagamit. Kaya hindi namin in-off ang exhaust fan. Garbage sa entrance need din bigyan pansin talaga. Overall ok naman during our stay. Sarap mag chill. Will definitely book here again, sana next time may improvement na.

Staffs are very accommodating. Not ideal for swimming because of continuous waves. Location is quite far (4hrs from Baler Terminal),and the roads are (S)naky so bring plastic during travel. In terms of food, it's pricey given no nearby store or resto (they solo it). Our stay overall is good because it feels like we rented the whole property. They don't have much water activities (surf only) allowed until 5pm. Plus they have no souvenirs due to previous typhoon.
