It is just clean, functional, no frill accommodation for the night. Bit of noise from the nearby construction (24x7) but the windows held out the noise. Excellent location

Normally for apartment stay, a grp chat will be created a day before, but no msg or chat all the way till few hours before check in. There are flies in the house and no one bother to reply when we reported it. Bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on. This is the first and also the last time that I will stay in this unit. The only good thing is the security guards at that area are very helpful and friendly. Convenient with foods just right downstairs. Other than that, very bad impression with the unit and the staff.

Pros: Good location, 15 min covered bridge walking from Johor Custom can reach this place; 3 lifts standby and hence it is quick to get one; polite security guard which greets you everytime you go back. Owner willingness to negotiate on check out time when being special request. Cons: Booked a SEAVIEW stay, however view was obstructed by the construction (never mention in the description, only got to know when arrive), no body liquid cleanser, only with provided shampoo and handwash, aircond need to service as we need to adjust until minimum 16 degree celcius and with max fan only can feel the coldness. Oh ya, the owner only created WhatsApp group and inform you on the actual day for the check in info which sometimes makes us worry and panic a little bit.

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment. I hope this review will be published as it reflects our genuine experience during our stay. I am sharing this feedback honestly so that future guests are aware of the actual condition of the apartment and so that the management has an opportunity to improve it. I saw the rating before booking and noticed that several recent guests mentioned that the apartment was nice and clean. Unfortunately, our experience was very different. We checked in on 7 August 2026, and the apartment was not in the condition we expected. The common toilet had a strong, unpleasant smell that kept coming back. I could not identify whether it was from the drain, shower area or shower head. There were also ants everywhere, especially from the kitchen towards the living area, and even ants around the toilet sink. The apartment also appears to be poorly maintained and in need of upgrading. The washing machine was very dirty, the hanging rack was almost broken, one of the TV console drawers was broken, and the dining table only had two chairs. There were black marks on the bedroom wall and we also noticed a spider. The ceiling fan barely worked on speeds 1 and 2, so we had to use speed 3. The air-conditioning was another issue. The bedrooms took almost a day before they felt properly cold, and on the first night we had to use both the fan and air-conditioning. The living room air-conditioning did not feel like it was cooling properly at all. The kitchen was also disappointing. The sink, utensils and cups looked dusty and dirty, with some having an unpleasant smell. We were uncomfortable using the kitchen items when we first arrived. We informed Lucy about the toilet, and she arranged for a cleaner to come the next day. However, the toilet still did not feel properly fresh or disinfected. I would suggest using a proper disinfecting toilet cleaner and checking the actual source of the smell rather than simply masking it. Other issues include low water pressure, very dim lighting in the common toilet and bedrooms, no bedside tables or lamps, and no proper place to put our belongings in the common rooms. The balcony was also dirty and had a broken chair. Basic items were also missing. There were no rubbish bin liners, no extra tissue for cleaning, and no broom or dustpan provided. We had to buy rubbish bags and an air freshener ourselves, especially because of the smell in the common toilet. Overall, this apartment needs significant cleaning, maintenance and upgrading. It was not just one or two small issues — there were multiple problems throughout the apartment that made our stay uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and properly inspect and maintain the apartment for future guests.
