Nice location
Nice location and original layout that remind a remnant of hippies era. The bed we had was very bad to sleep on, but the many nook and crannies, the view and the garden are beautifull. The room had enought space, bath inside and shower outside. The birds are very loud day and nights if you don't like it, but I loved it. The owner is not very warm, but her assistant is very nice thought. All in all I did enjoy it.

Campingish experience
We have mixed feelings about our stay but I’d still recommend it for a specific type of traveler. I enjoyed our family room and the night music you are emerged in thought out the evening and night. The geckos sang beautifully. It was magical. The outdoor shower was private enough and water was hot, which made for a refreshing evening shower. The beds, pillows and sheets were great. The breakfast was unique and gave us the ability to try some loc fruits that we otherwise would not have tried and I enjoyed making breakfast bowls with the hot oats, various nuts and fruits. Sunsets were very pretty too. I think there are definitely some improvements needed like serious decluttering of common spaces and outdoor environment that had collections of stuff likely gathered over the owners stay on the island. I think it also could be swept and washed more and spider webs removed better in our room. No serious scary bugs just a bit more attention to the small details would be good. Staff are mostly short term and long term traveling visitors to the island are friendly and keep up with the zen / healing motif of the place. Recommended for the tropical jungle experience and unique zen feel.

Best experience ever
The place is magical. All staffs are volunteers. Breakfast was fresh fruits. You wake up with bird chirping and all the plants. Dogs and cats are super cute~
