I stayed at this hotel on New Year’s Eve with my partner, booking a Suite Room, and unfortunately, the experience was not worth the price paid. From the beginning, I already had some doubts about the property, as it feels quite old—and those concerns turned out to be valid. The hotel shows clear signs of aging. Inside the room, there were peeling paints and poor maintenance, which gave an overall neglected impression. The room lighting was also too dim, making the space feel gloomy rather than comfortable or luxurious, especially for a suite-class stay. The main reason I chose this hotel was actually quite simple: the bathtub. It was specifically requested by my partner, and this hotel happened to offer it. So while my expectations were already moderate, the overall condition still fell short of what I believe a suite room should deliver at this price point. Breakfast was another disappointment. Instead of a buffet—which I consider standard for hotels of this level—it was delivered to the room with very basic food options. This significantly lowered the overall experience, especially during a special occasion like New Year’s Eve. In terms of facilities, there is no swimming pool, and the gym is outdated, small, and dusty, which further reinforces the feeling that the hotel lacks proper upkeep and investment in guest experience. On a positive note, the staff were decent and polite. While not exceptional, their service was acceptable and not an issue during the stay. Conclusion Overall, this hotel might work if your only priority is having a bathtub, but aside from that, the experience does not justify the suite price. With better maintenance, brighter room design, and improved facilities, this place could have potential—but as it stands now, it feels overpriced for what is offered.
