Stayed here for 6 nights for a relaxing new year break. Apartments were spacious and clean and the sea view from the terrace was amazing. Staff at the pool bar and reception were great. Would defo stay here again. Being early 40s and fairly fit, this didn’t bother me at all but only thing to be aware of location wise and only a small small negative was the very steep hill from the strip up to the reception but this defo didn’t detract from a great short break!

Great complex, staff really helpful, bang in the middle of town so no taxis

The location is great – about halfway up Cardiac Hill (if even!), so it’s definitely manageable. The higher-up apartments also have lovely views. The pool area was always clean and there were plenty of sunbeds available, so there was never any stress trying to find somewhere to relax. The shower in the apartment was also very good. There were a few areas that could be improved. The bed sheets were clean but did have some stains, and only one pillow was provided. Towels were changed every two days, which was appreciated. I believe bed linen changes were scheduled every three days, although I’m not entirely sure if this happened during our stay. The floors in the apartment were only cleaned once, which was something I would have expected to be done more regularly. The apartment advertised air conditioning, but this was just a plug-in fan. There were also no sockets in the bedroom, with the only available socket being used for the fan, making it inconvenient to charge devices overnight. The WiFi worked well around the kitchen area and by the pool, but we couldn’t get a connection in the bedroom. The TV wasn’t really usable as it was very small and there was no remote control provided. The couch was also quite uncomfortable, feeling more like a wooden plank with springs underneath that made noise whenever you moved. One of the biggest downsides was the noise. Furniture scraping and moving from upstairs or neighbouring apartments could be heard clearly and often woke us up early in the morning. Despite these issues, we still felt the apartments offered good value for money, especially as we booked early and got a great price. The location, views and pool area were definite highlights. With a few improvements to comfort, cleaning and soundproofing, the overall experience could be even better.

We booked on the strength of the reviews but can’t understand why anyone would give this accommodation a 3 or more star review. Beds are comfy location is good and the staff are great, that’s where the positives end, The outside floor area is filthy and not cleaned in our whole stay, the rooms are mega dated and we both wore flip flops to shower. We wouldn’t come back and would not recommend this accommodation at all! We didn’t expect great when we paid very reasonable money but the reviews swayed us to book and it back fired, People who come back or give this place a good rating are either very unhygienic or very easily pleased and not been to many hotels. We have traveled far and wide and paid expensive 5* hotel prices and cheap get aways and this place ranks the lowest out of everywhere. All I can say is book if your happy for grotty accommodation otherwise look at alternatives and please don’t believe the high ranking reviews! They are so off the realms of reality it’s scary that people would actually give them! Let’s just say I wouldnt like to see their own house if they are happy with this place.
