The night staff asked me to verbally provide my credit card details for a deposit instead of using the POS terminal to collect them securely. When I raised concerns with the daytime staff, rather than investigating the issue further, I was told that nothing would happen because no employee would risk their job by stealing card information. However, I pointed out that the night staff could easily have recorded the card details using another device or simply memorised them. The concern was still dismissed. The apartment was also on the ground floor, and the day after I discovered that three of the windows could not be locked because some parts were missing from all of them. I had to request repairs the following day.

The flat was made of one bedroom and living room, good bathroom. If it's a flat there was no kettle to make a hot drink, I had to use a cooking pot to heat the water. It's good that I only stayed for one night. If it was longer then it would be highly questionable about other facilities like microwave. The area itself looks a bit passe. On the balcony, they didn't even clean the mold... So the service level is low. Nearby is cafe, which is okay but only offering toasts and coffee - what a great choice! We booked a two bedroom apartment and we had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room as there is the air conditioning and we had to put the temperature on as the temperature in January is low, so if you come in the winter time prepare yourself for a cold place to sleep in as there is only one air conditioning in the whole apartment The apartment was clean on the surface but if you look deep it was still full of dust and hair (under the beds/sofabed) We did have plenty of towels, the location is great, reception guy was nice and helpful I do recommend the place but not in the winter time

Clean, with friendly staff and good buffet breakfast that was a lot more than just a croissant and a cup of coffee. Close to shopping centre 'Vistahermosa' , turn right out of the hotel up to Aldi and turn right up the hill. Around 15 minute walk. Good selection of standard restaurants and a good and reasonably priced chinese if you choose from the menu. If you don't want to walk too far there is a KFC next door. Oh the Spanish bar/restaurant across the road next to the community swimming pool doesn't have a menu and they just quote you a price so use your wits on that one.
