First of all, the hotel rate is really reasonable, even though room is small , good enough to stay for tourist and business man. No breakfast but there are restaurants, small supermarket in basement floor. You can have a meal from early in the morning. there are 2 buses 88F, 88G heading to subway. cost about 4-4.5HK$. however it takes about 40min to Tsim sha tsui.

Overall a great location and decent quality for the room prices. The biggest advantage of the property is its close proximity to public transport especially the Tsying Yi MTR hub. Mini bus station right next to the hotel takes 5-7 mins to get you to the station and you can connect to all routes from there. Also very easy to go to Disneyland from this station in under 30 mins. Saves a lot of time. Also there is a mini mall Rambler plaza at lower level that has a couple of hypermarts, restaurants and a 7-11 as well. Coming to the hotel itself, what you see is what you get. Rooms are not that big but well maintained and cleaning and make up room services are good. No drinking water provided. Talking about customer service, the reception and staff were not very helpful. Arrived a little early but they said the room won’t be ready before 2 PM. But when I booked a day room at the same hotel , magically the room was available instantly. It was just a matter of 2-3 hours and they could have told me, yes you can check in early but you have to pay extra. They didn’t offer anything. Also waiting in the lobby area they kept on bugging us, saying don’t do this don’t do that. The minimum a traveler expects when booking a hotel for 6-7 nights is good customer service. Booking 2-3 nights at a 3 star hotel in Thailand gets you way above board customer service at the same prices. Guess it’s just how the hotel is managed. Other than the above mentioned issues, no complains about anything else.

We had a short, two day stay at Rambler in family adjoined double room. Dont expect much of a space in those,, just enough to fit two single beds, smalish bathroom and literally not much space left for luggage, so probably not ideal for those who are not travelling light. Rooms are bit dated with not much in them and older tv, but they are clean. As per enviromentally friendly hotels policy, you wont be provided with any of the common hotel toiletries(even bath towels), wou will only get two smaller hand towels, so be prepared to be self-sufficient or purchase toileties packs at the reception. Rambler crest(where Rambler hotels are) is about 10min of minibus ride from Tsing Yi MTR and its hit and miss if minibus driver will allow you get in with checked inn luggage. In that case, Taxi is best bet, which will set u back 60HKD one way with 2 luggages. In overall, its great option for those on budget, and who travels light and dont require all the comfort of 4+ star hotels.

空港、ディズニー、香港観光どれもアクセスしやすかったです！駅からは徒歩30分くらいなのでバスにしようと思っていましたが、運動のため２泊とも歩いてみました。荷物とかによると思いますが、そこまで無理なく歩きました。 お部屋から海が見えましたが、開発中な様子もあったので夜景という感じではなかったです。街中より静かで、雰囲気は悪くなかったです。 お部屋も清潔感あって快適に滞在できました。 チェックインの時は少し日本語も交えて対応してくださり、チェックアウトもすぐで接客も良かったです。ありがとうございました！ また利用したいなと思います♪
