인디아나 크낭아 부티크 호텔 & 스파

I enjoyed my time at Indiana Kenanga a lot, it was spacious, the facilities were beautiful and clean, the staff is very kind and the hotel is right by the beach. I just felt that the price was a bit too high for the furnishing standard and age and for the fact that breakfast was not included. In general the internet seems to be a problem on the island and unfortunately it was exceptionally bad in our room (neither wifi nor 4G worked).

Emplacement parfait, décoration magnifique, restaurant excellent, personnel agréable et réactif, face à la mer. Du style, du charme…Top!

We initially stayed in villa number 12, which is located at the beginning of the resort, a bit further from the beach. That part didn’t bother us much, but the villa itself felt a bit off from the start. There was quite a lot of insects and geckos inside, and early mornings were very noisy – roosters were crowing loudly from around 4 AM. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay less comfortable. However, after the first night, the staff kindly moved us to villa number 4, and that made a big difference. The new villa was much better, and from that point on, our stay was enjoyable. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The beach area was nice, with comfortable sunbeds and beautiful sunsets. The pools were relatively clean as well. The only downside for us was the restaurant, which felt quite expensive compared to other options nearby, so we preferred eating outside the resort. In the end, despite the rough start, we had a very nice stay and appreciated the staff’s willingness to resolve the issue quickly.

Loooved the hotel in general, the location, the beach and the pool! The first days there was no water in front because of low tide :’( Service was very ordinary/they did the minimum, didn’t offer to take your luggage, etc. Worst mattress and pillows of my entire trip. It was very hard and we could feel the springs we didn’t sleep well and it was noisy … Looots of bugs eveyrwhere inside the room. Bring bug spray. For the price we paid $$$, I was disappointed and will not come back. My most expensive stay but my worst, unfortunately the value for money is not there. If you are there for only a few days it’s ok! Location is amazing but the rest is really ordinary. 🥲

Bonne localisation et top équipe, cependant l’hôtel est un peu dans son jus et aurait grandement besoin de modernisation. La propreté est améliorable et le suivi des chambres aussi (ex clim fonctionnant mal, dental kit sans rien à l’intérieur, toilette sale..)
