We enjoyed our stay! easy check in and check out and location is very near New Clark City Stadium.

I was impressed with the cleanliness when I initially opened the door. The CR is functional, and the tile appears new. When the rain came, so did 1,000s of ants from both doors. I could not stand in the kitchen without ants crawling on my feet, and I did my best to sweep them away with the supplied broom. The AC wasn't strong enough to combat the heat, even with the help of the fan. There was no response when I told the owner that I didn't have a blanket on my bed (only one bed had a blanket) and that the shower head holder fell off the wall. It was very convenient, being only 4 km from the Stadium. It was authentic Philippines, with loud motorcycles, a person carrying a loudspeaker playing loud music to sell the speaker, etc. As well as the rooster. I was grateful to have a place to stay since the area has very few choices.

All are good except for the following - house is oven HOT upon entering - ac in the bedroom is not adequate even if set to 16deg - house is falling!! Noticeable cracks on the bedroom and cr walls - garden trees obstructing the parking and need to break some small branches by hand to fit in. You need a saw if you have an SUV - host is not in the area to welcome you but rather call you instead to tell you your room and how to get in. - misleading 5star reviews!! Feels like a highway robbery because the house is hot and not worth the money paid. - no ref, tv and wifi - non refundable once booked

Great place to stay at malapit sa destination namin. Maganda at malinis yung place. Mabait din yung host. Will definitely recommend this place.
