The resort and hotel are clean, with approachable, and helpful staff. Having lifeguards on both pool sides is a big plus, especially for families with kids. The environment is peaceful and away from the city, surrounded by trees, which made the temperature pleasantly cool! PROS: ✅ Great Wi-Fi connection ✅ Room has a nice view and hot water ✅ Mini store with reasonable prices (not overpriced like other resorts) ✅ Clean pool with lifeguards ✅ Budget-friendly cottages CONS: 🔴 The resort was newly reopened per staff, so room service and the foods were not yet available during our stay (which was a bit sad 'coz the menu looked good). 🔴 The location is a bit secluded, so don’t expect easy access to nearby restaurants, cafés, or other establishments. ❕We ordered breakfast via OrderMo (DF is a bit pricey), but the mini store offers snacks, instant coffee, even beers (surprisingly very cheap) We also ordered from Sam’s Family Pizza, I was surprised 'coz there was no DF. ❕FYI - contact #s of Sam's pizza at the front desk didn’t work; I had to look them up on Facebook. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly accommodation and a pleasant stay. We’d definitely consider coming back!
