Great location, near SM downtown. Need to improve the wifi connection

New Kong's was a quick 4 minute walk to SM Downtown and a 5 minute walk to the nearest 7/11. The room I got looked like it was just vacated, so when I entered, it didn't have bathroom essentials and I had to request for it but it was a minute detail I could skip because my room was neat and smelled exceptionally nice hehe

It was good place to stay, near the downtown, it was my second time in this hotel, the problem is the toilet is always wet maybe there's a leak or something beside the lavatory. and the room we check in the flush is not functioning. maybe next time please check all the facilities if working

The location is the busy area of olongapo close to everything you need. The few problems that I dealt with is the room itself. The picture vs the reality of the room is to far apart. The TV is in a position that makes it difficult to watch and for the money being spent is small. The bed was comfortable but very low. The one chair available is like a square box with a cushion on it, not comfortable to do anything with. The facility was clean and organized, the staff were friendly and they had an elevator. Would i recommend this place? For short stay and if you don't like climbing stairs, but the price just didn't add to the service.

first thing first the shower is pretty cheap the water has low pressure because the shower is like a cheap plastic like shower who twist itself and point to one direction only so cannot enjoy the water flowing while lathering your soap without holding it, the aircon placement is too high you cannot reach it without using a chair to reach it it's too pricey.
