The hotel we chose for our honeymoon is located within the historic fortress of the beautiful medieval town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. To be honest, if you’re an inexperienced driver, the roads leading to the hotel can be quite narrow and challenging to navigate. However, the kindness and professionalism of every staff member we encountered more than made up for this difficulty. They carried our heavy luggage from the car to the hotel, offered thoughtful travel advice and prompt solutions to any issues, and even upgraded our Elegant Room to a Junior Suite in celebration of our honeymoon. They also welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of rosé wine and, most touchingly, a handwritten letter in Korean — which moved us deeply. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was another highlight, with excellent pairing recommendations and high-quality dishes. When we asked to have the leftover cheese wrapped to enjoy later in our room, they instead prepared an entirely new plate of fresh cheeses and brought it up to us. Every aspect of our stay was filled with service that went above and beyond expectations. This hotel became an unforgettable symbol of warmth and beauty that will always remind us fondly of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. If you are considering staying here, we highly recommend it.
