We stayed at King Evelthon for one week on the all inclusive plan and found it to be very good value. The food was excellent every day. It was fresh, varied, and the pastry chef’s desserts were a real highlight. The main issue we had was with the room type advertised on Agoda. We booked a Standard Room with Sea View, but the room we received had an inland view instead. This seems to be a known issue online, and it was disappointing to find that the description does not match the room you actually get. When we raised it at reception, both staff members we spoke to told us to contact Agoda, even though Agoda had already confirmed that the hotel is responsible for correcting the room allocation. I asked them to speak with a manager and once they did, the problem was resolved and we were moved to the correct room. After that, the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is comfortable but does not feel like a true 5 star. It meets the basic requirements but the overall feel is closer to a good 4 star. During the week I joked that it felt a bit like what you might expect if a budget airline decided to run a five star resort. The WiFi was the biggest frustration. I had a few work days during the trip and the internet was so unreliable that I had to use my mobile hotspot instead. Anyone needing stable internet should be aware of this. The location is fine if you have a car. Without one, it may feel a bit far from town and not very walkable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The food was fantastic, the staff were lovely once the room issue reached management, and the value for money was strong. Better WiFi, a more luxurious feel that truly matches a 5 star rating, and more accurate room listings would make a real difference.

Evrything was perfect.

This hotel doesn't have a sand beach, but 3 min walking from it there is a nice sandy beach. Other facilities in this hotel are perfect! Rooms are spacious and clean, stuff is great, food is excellent, I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

This is the 3rd time at this beautiful hotel . It is exceptional value for money in a beautiful location. The hotel is very spacious and food has a huge variety and vegetarians have plenty of choice. Great choice of drinks and the staff are so friendly. Special mention for the brilliant beach bar and fantastic barman Constantinos who makes the best cocktails and fantastic guy👏👍😀

Generally our stay was great, there was so many facilities, (sauna, jacuzzi, pools, waterslides etc) and room was clean.. but the toilet, air-con and lighting had issues. Water wasn't consistently warm, room light flickered, and there were some difficulties on how to open the shower (its just an unusual mechanism). But other than these minor but annoying things, it was a good stay. I still recommend, I was probably just a bit unlucky
