The location of this hotel is great for thd centre which makes it good value for money. A five minute walk from Plaza Espana. I researched parking and found a carpark 6 minutes away for 5 euros per day which was perfect. I had booked a standard room which was very basic, however after a maintinance issue with the door we were upgraded to a premium room, which was obviously much nicer - you get what you pay for! We had a fridge and safe. The reception staff were nice, especially the blonde lady who helped to try and fix the door then moved us to another room. Overall a clean decent enough place to stay for a couple of nights to see Palma that won't break the budget!

밤 늦게 도착에 연휴라 큰기대 없이 갔지만 에어컨이 너어무 노후 되있고 화장실도 비슷; 하지만 잠만 자는 정도 였어서 나쁘지 않고 맞은편에 맛집이있음 ! 체크아웃 할때 우리는 택시를 타야했고 우버로 잘 잡히지 않아서 직원분께 도움을 요청 했는데 친절하게 콜해주셔서 감사했음 !

マヨルカ島にお昼頃到着してホテル直行しました。部屋は既に使えたのですぐにチェックインしました。 お部屋はツインルーム（指定していません）1人旅なのでラクでしたが2人でスースケースを開けるとなると、狭いです。 私は使いやすいホテルでした。 小さなラウンジですが、1€でコーヒー や紅茶。簡単なスナック、マフィンなど有料ですがいただけます。 お部屋に湯沸かしポットは無いですが、ラウンジにポットがあり、水筒に沸かしたお湯を入れてお部屋で使えます。こちらは無料だったと思います。 お部屋にセーフティボックスありましたが、私の部屋のは壊れていて、二泊三日パスポート貴重品全て持ち歩きました。マヨルカ島内では、スリが多いような気がしなかったので、多分預けなくても大丈夫かなと。もちろん、ご自身の判断ですが。フロントで貴重品は預けられるとも言ってましたが、私はやめました。 スーツケースの預けは、無料で鍵のかかったお部屋に預けますので私は安心でした。 フロントは私が見る限り、誰か常駐していてこちらも安心でした。 シャワー室は窓もあって、風が通りました。私が宿泊した5月は窓を開けていて室内の温度は丁度良かったです

The hotel was very old and rundown and the bathrooms were something straight out of a public school bathroom from elementary, including in our room. The room didn’t look like the pictures. It was really expensive for something that felt like a motel. We saw where our friend stayed, for the same price, and it was leagues away better, yet the same area. Whatever you do coming to mallorca, find something that’s worth the money — this place is not even close. I would price these rooms at €60 for the value, yet we paid €170.

When I booked the hotel, I needed to book something that was cost effective as I was going to Mallorca to do site inspections about activities to take groups on. I was aware that it was a 3 star. The check in was good. The receptionist assisted with WiFi etc. I booked a room with 2 single beds. Not only was the room different from what I saw on Agoda, but the 2 single beds were pushed together. This put me and my colleague in a very awkward and uncomfortable situation. I asked the receptionist to see if we can switch rooms and she did not even check for availability. Her response was, to push the beds apart. That's it. The next thing was WiFi. I complained once regarding the fact that I couldn't do conference calls with my American clients and the first receptionist said she will escalate. Later in the afternoon, when I needed to hop on a call, another receptionist told me that if the WiFi works in reception, then it will work in my room. I told her it doesn't and she just shrugged her shoulders. I had to top up my eSIM multiple times so that I can connect with my clients and do my job. This is not at all what l expected regarding the fact that on Agoda it said the hotel had WiFi. The first and second morning we did not have hot water. Showering in cold water, yet again is not what l expected. The morning of Thursday, we left for site inspections and returned at 16:40. Our room was a mess. The beds were pulled apart. The first thing my colleague and I did was to see if anything was stolen. Nothing was stolen. But that does not justify the anxiety of what we went through. Room service did not clean the bathroom and our bedding was removed from the room and not returned. So we walked into a room with no bedding. We went to reception to complain and was told "maybe they just forgot". This is not a professional answer nor a professional way of dealing with things. We got the receptionist to ensure that new bedding was present in the room upon our return. All in all, this experience was the worst l've had. It was exceptionally unpleasant. I have now booked with Agoda 3 times. The first 2 times were what I expected, but there was incredible customer service that came along with that with the properties.
