Semuanya bagus, sampe keesokan paginya. Saya terbangun karena sengatan panas dari matahari mengenai ruangan nya langsung. Mereka harusnya memasang gorden juga di bagian atas tembok kacanya. Karena kamarnya menghadap langsung ke timur. Mereka juga perlu install AC, karena langit-langit nya terlalu rendah, udara panas masih terasa. Secara keseluruhan, semuanya bagus 👍👍

This place is modern and beautiful and that’s why we chose this place for our stay in Sembalun. We quickly regretted it because it is so incredibly HOT during the day. The structure literally becomes an oven as soon as the sun comes up, probably because of the windows and the metal material in the roof. As soon as the sun comes up, the room becomes quickly unbearable and you have to open the doors which is not great since there is a busy loud road right in front and people can see you. It is impossible to sleep in and get rest. The view is nice but I didn’t realize there was a busy loud road right in front so it takes away from the views of nature. If you’re staying here and leaving before 8am and not staying here until after dark it would be fine. There is a small a/c unit they give you but it’s not really an a/c, more like a fan and it doesn’t cool down the space at all. The facilities are super clean and beautiful with thoughtful touches. Staff was kind and helpful. Food was decent at the restaurant, not a lot of options to eat in Sembalun.

It is recommended for the traveler to stay here whenever they come to Sembalun. Guests may enjoy the beautiful view of mountain and green environment. The can improve the breakfast hour to make it earlier (other than 7.30 am) as some of the guests might check-out early.

Beautiful scenery around the hotel. Hotel is relatively newly built and also designed based on cultural Sasak architecture. Staff is very friendly. Would be great if they have more options for their cafe.

We only stayed 1 night. Our room was very nice. Even for the rooms at the back, you still get a nice view. Room was clean and we didn't take the breakfast but there were three different options available.
