Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Kenner New Orleans Airport. What I liked: 1. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean with honest and careful housekeeping service. 2. The breakfast and coffee were simple but fresh, clean, and satisfying. 3. The complimentary two bottles of water at check-in were a thoughtful welcome gift, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. 4. The free laundry facilities (washer and dryer) were a great convenience, especially for a longer stay. One disappointment: When I made my reservation, I specifically requested a higher-floor room. However, after returning from my four-night stay at a Hyatt hotel in Mississippi, I was disappointed to be assigned a second-floor room. Although I had booked one of the most expensive one-bedroom suites, the room was spacious and accessible for guests with disabilities, which was comfortable. However, because it was on a low floor, the room had limited ventilation, and I found many small insects around the sink area, including ants. Except for this issue, my overall experience was very positive. As a traveler who has stayed at hotels in Daegu, Busan, and the Gangnam and Hongdae areas of Seoul, as well as hotels in the United States and Dubai, I personally believe that hotels in Korea still offer one of the best overall experiences. Korean hotels provide excellent high-speed internet, high-quality breakfast options, very clean and well-maintained rooms, and convenient facilities. The attention to detail and overall service quality in Korean hotels are truly impressive compared with many hotels I have experienced overseas. This is my personal opinion based on my travel experiences, and I appreciate the good service I received during my stay at Home2 Suites as well.

It’s a nice place to stay but my room wasn’t ready even though it was past check in time. I had to wait about 40 minutes in order for them to finish cleaning my room. Usually rooms should be ready for you to check in so that was a disappointment. At least the staff and place was nice.

Very surprised on how much we enjoyed our stay here and how clean everything was. Breakfast was super good! The doors slamming and people talking loud is typical hotel stay stuff but we were able to sleep still. Great location by the airport! Would stay here again!

Really nice hotel. Close to airport. Very clean. Very spacious rooms with lots of storage. Small kitchen area, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sitting area with couch. Smelled fresh and clean.
