Check-in was fast and friendly. The suite was nice and clean. The gym was surprisingly well equipped, the pool area was a bit dated but clean. Breakfast and omelet bar was a nice touch, above your regular "included breakfast". Upon check in, we received coupons for free drinks at the bar which said 5:30-7:30pm, 2 free drinks. After a long 7 hour drive, we were pleasantly surprised. We were sitting at the bar, the bartenders were very nice and friendly. We were enjoying ourselves. At 7pm a manager showed up to close the bar 30 minutes early. She was trying to hide from customers while bullying the bartender to stop serving drinks at 7pm. Of course everyone was now showing up to get their drink before the coupon expired at 7:30pm, putting the bartender in a bad spot having to explain this illogical decision, while the manager was still giving him the stink eye from her hiding spot. Shame on that incompetent manager, she couldn't own her decision to close the bar and announce it to customers, she dumped it on the bartender to announce the bad news to customers. Every single customer looked at the coupon confused and repeated "it says 7:30pm" to the poor bartender. She made everyone feel bad for the nice bartender. In my opinion, if they can't afford to serve free drinks, then they shouldn't give the coupons, but trying to change the time that is in writing on the coupon just looks cheap and poorly managed. If it wasn't for that abusive manager, I would have nothing but nice things to say about my stay. HR needs to have a word with that manager, she was horrible. She treated her staff poorly in front of customers and has no clue about customer service. We left the bar feeling terrible for the staffs' working conditions.

We had dirty towels upon arrival, remotes did not work, we did receive new ones the next day but they limited our options such as netflix ect which we needed for my baby. We requested bed change several times as my baby had an accident never received it. The breakfast was the most unorganized I've seen and we only stay at embassy whenever we travel. I asked a staff did they have sugar, she said uh y'all don't ever look come on then took me to the sugar pointed and said what is this then. Very unpleasant

the elevator was down for half the day….hard when you have elderly people there and are on the upper floors.

We didn't check in until about 6 p.m. First of all, the design of the hall was amazing, and the attitude of the front desk staff was a little poor, but I can understand. After all, this job is not easy. When I got to the room, it was very clean and comfortable! The children like it very much! I think we will come again next month! Thank you very much! Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow，

Pretty good stay overall, but two issues: the parking basement elevator was out of service, forcing us to walk around the hotel to reach our truck, and the room ran quite warm compared to the cold climate we are used to.
