Got this online because the location and decent price. I booked a smoking room because it's cold and I didn't want to stand outside to smoke. Got there to check in was rudely told there was a $40 deposit which wasn't on the website. When I asked why there wasn't anything online saying there was a deposit the lady was very rude and said "we're not allowed to put it in our website" I asked well what if I didn't have $40 for a deposit she said " then you will have to wait and get your money back" then as I paid the deposit I was told they didn't have a smoking room available. I asked why because I booked a smoking room for a reason she said " not my fault something broke and hasn't been fixed in about a week." Okay I get that but your website said you had 4 smoking room available as of that day. So how is it your website says it's available then I get here and now it's not. Just a really bad attitude from her and now even with the location I won't be starting here again. I'll spend a little more money for better customers service. The room was okay for the price. The bed was super hard so we're the pillows and there were stains on the sheet and towels. All over just not worth staying here because I found some other rooms around the same price a little further away. I chose this location because I'm in the process of moving and staying with someone. My boyfriend and I needed a night alone and this location is right across the road from where our son was staying with his brother for the night. So that was a plus for us being so close to the kids in case of emergency.

Right next to freeway with no sound barrier. Poor condition of room. Rust all over fridge and microwave. Reeks of cigarettes, bed covered in cigarette burns and (pee stains) in a room that was rented as non-smoking. Front desk not only unhelpful but lying, taking no responsibility and misdirected me to contact the 3rd party website I rented through
