Stayed June 20-22, 2026. First, when I checked-in via the front desk, Jackie made everything feel smooth despite a minor hiccup on my name! We also happen to like the same movie. LOL. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, including Brad, who delivered the lunch I ordered as I was scrambling to get to a wedding (and whoever was the front desk person who told him to deliver it). My first meal at The Lantern Room was phenomenal and the staff at the bar during dinner time of June 20 (a young lady and a man) who took my Lobster Roll order advised me to go with mayo. It sure was the right call! It was delicious. Even the men handing out the towels had good vibes! LOL. The beach area also felt spacious and not too crowded during my visit, at least. As for the room, I appreciated the comfortable setup, especially the hardwood floors—though the the showers, beddings and TV were in the older side. I didn’t need it as I bring my own toilteries all the time—but I think it wouldn’t hurt if a toothbrush and toothpaste will be available for guests in their room (not sure if this can be requested). I did enjoy the cold brew from Old Silver Provisions and the green smoothie (I think it’s from the Lantern Room) was delicious. Overall, my weekend stay here for a friend’s wedding and it only makes me want to come back to the Cape as this trip was my first time in the islands.

Came here from Florida and let me tell yall if your black please stay away from this place the guy with the red hair in the front desk is racist and that’s really sad you guys need a sigh to say no black people allowed never again i was with my 7 year old daughter my kid started crying .racist racism at its worse

I came here for a wedding, the staff was completely disorganized. My wife along with her cousin; who's wedding it is and whole family was on they way. I arrived first and they wouldn't even let me on property because my wife had to be there. There is NOTHING around for miles and I just drove 5hrs and showed wedding invitation and explained I paid for room in block of wedding party and because it was in my wife name; she had to be there. He didn't care and completely kicked me off property. When if it's a safety thing why 4 minutes later did the brides brother come after me and his room is under his sister's name and they let him on the property with no issue. So I paid $1,000 for another room under my name just to get on property. And did the manager even care when I spoke to her. NO! Absolutely disgusting customer service. And all that at this thing that I barely even consider a gate; I'm thinking it's a 5 start Resort or like the Borgota in AC at 500 to 1000 a night; for a place that looked like the run down slums of AC with over grown grass, displaced buildings, and construction crap everywhere. Also members of the party said the breakfast buffet was disgusting. This place was so disorganized when my wife did finally get here they gave her the wrong room key to someone else's room. Thank God she figured that out instead of walking into someone's room. Hope this helps people avoid a disaster like I did.
