Its awesomely perfect, kids had a lot of fun, will definitely comeback again, clean facilities, accomodating staff, location is near establishments.

Our stay was okay overall. The male staff members were very accommodating and attentive, and they seemed to show more care toward guests than some of the female staff. Unfortunately, a few of the female staff members didn't appear very welcoming or enthusiastic, which affected our overall impression. During our first stay, I developed some hives or what seemed like insect bites. I also noticed that the tissue box appeared to have already been opened, and the bedding had an old, musty smell. We reported these concerns to the front desk, and I appreciate that the staff responded promptly. They had the room cleaned thoroughly and even offered us a room transfer, which we appreciated. Thanks to their quick response, the issues were addressed the following day. The food was excellent, as always. We keep choosing Holiday Inn because of the wide variety offered at breakfast and the complimentary coffee. The location is also very convenient, making it a great place to stay. I do hope the pet-friendly rooms are kept separate from the standard rooms, as I'm concerned about ticks or fleas potentially being carried over into rooms used by guests without pets.

We stayed Friday night and there was a noisy party going on until 4am. It was really noisy. Other than that everything was perfect. Location, price, friendly staff and cleanliness.

I like the hotel but the way i was verbally treated by the guy at the front desk on our check out day made our stay miserable (incident on Oct 6, 2024 at 10:15am). We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and it's a custom to our family to stay in a hotel bec of the facilities esp the pool. My kids love the pool esp my 5yo son who has ASD. We usually request for late check out from hotels we stay at as we need more time to get our kids ready esp my son when doing activities, even sleep can be hard. Checking in at hotels as we want to relax a bit. I put in my LCO request during my booking which i placed and paid for since Sept 19. I also mentioned that it's our anniversary. We checked in late and i made sure upon check in that i mention my late LCO request which is a norm to me when checking in at hotels just to be sure that it's in place. The FDA who checked us in asked the time and i asked if 2pm would be okay. He said that he sees no problem with it, he already took note and to just call again tomorrow. I am also open to pay for the LCO charge as we really want to relax. My family woke up at 9am and went down for bfast. I called the FD at 10:15am just to remind that we are checking out late. The guy said that we are not allowed to check out late. I said that i already arranged it during my booking and upon check in. He insisted that they reached the max occupancy and HK team will have a hard time. So i said that again, maybe he can be considerate as we're celebrating our Anniversary, my family always sleep late and wakes up late since it's the weekend and it's almost their check out time (11am) and my kids still wants to go to the pool. He repeated his stance. And he still said we cannot check out late and said that i should understand that they also reached their max number of late check out requests this morning. That got me irritated knowing that they accommodated late check out requests that morning but ignored my requests on my booking and upon check in. When he felt that im already upset, he said he can give me 11:30am. I asked can it be at 12nn bec too much things to prepare. He said no and this got me REALLY UPSET and ruined our day. If my son would not have a meltdown for not swimming in the pool, we should have just left immediately! So i explained to him again that i understand that my request is a request but i was given a guarantee upon check in. The FDA said that only our Anniversary was taken note of, but there's no lco request on their system. That's the reason why i always mention it upon check in. When i told him that i was a hotelier also for a lot of years and im sure that there's a work around for it, and made him feel that im really frustrated, he finally gave in to give me 12nn lco. But how he made me feel even now that im doing this review i am still trembling. And so i went down to update our keys and went to him personally and showed him my booking confirmation with my note for late check out. He then told me that it was his colleague who did not update my request and i should have been their priority if only his colleague took note of that. He didn't even apologized and was quick to point out his colleague even though i explained to him a lot of times how i know that my lco is guaranteed. He should have checked it with his colleague rather than making feel terrible! I appreciate the welcome letter so I am okay with the low water pressure in the shower and the not functioning lamp in our room. But how he made me feel ruined our stay! Facilities are good. Clean hotel. But that FDA guy's service should be improved HIEX.
