This is our third stay because it is so close to our family. I booked a king handicap smoking room. We ended up on 2nd floor, no elevator. Also not a king, had 2 full size beds. Refrigerator in room did not work. Attempted to turn on TV no batteries in remote, no phone in room to call down. Husband walked down came back with batteries. TV still would not work. Called the main number from my cell phone and lady came up with a different one. It worked. I have mobility issues and 2nd floor with no elevator is extremely hard on me. I also am noticing multiple bites on my leg and arm. May be a coincidence as my husband is not showing anything, but still has me worried. Also, I believe people are living at this hotel as a church stopped us on our way out Saturday morning offering us a free home cooked breakfast. This was not the regular hotel breakfast. I can’t remember what church. Overall. The cost and location to family made it a great option. Prior 2 stays in the king room on the first floor were great. Don’t think we will be back after this one.

Roof leaked like a waterfall. They put me in a smoking double bed room when I requested a non smoking single bed room. Wifi didn't work

Great size room very accommodating staff! Very reasonably priced. Could use some updating but overall for the price and location. I have no complaints!

Home Place was quiet and clean. Very friendly staff. Stayed there for location, close to everything but off the main road. Stayed twice.

Somehow we reserved a smoking room rather than a non smoking room. Front desk fixed problem quickly.
