Great service and the hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Many in-house activities. Offering lots of options for sightseeing arrangements. Tranquility - really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Stunning hotel, amenities are so cool, prices are very very affordable especially compared to prices in the town, the saline cave was such a unique and unforgettable experience, the staff is an absolute pleasure. Stay here, dont think twice!

Before I share my experience I would like to give a big shout out to the hotel staff who earnestly tried to make my stay comfortable. Now about the hotel. It is a kind of concept hotel. The entire facility is poorly lit. The stairs to my room on 2nd floor had no light and was very dangerous at night. Wifi is very bad. Rooms are designed on a rustic theme but the lights were not sufficient and placement of light fixtures are not properly planned. Bathroom doesn’t provide privacy as the door is made out of slats with gaps in between. Shower was like what you must have seen at the beaches to wash off salt water and sand. I would have lived with that but the dealbreaker for me was the bed bugs. We woke up with rashes the next morning. When we informed the front desk about that one guy came to inspect and found the bugs all over the bed. He informed us that there was no other rooms available and changed the bed covers for us but that was of no help. The location of the hotel is also not good if you like to walk around and explore the area. Overall I liked the theme but won’t stay there again and won’t recommend it to anyone.

My partner was surprised by the experience provided in the hotel, receptionist assign a beehive & turtle tour upon check in, the ohh-la-la ice cream house was one of a kind (unfortunately I had a cold and couldn’t have ice cream). They sell premium honey too, we both bought a bottle which really helped my sore throat. The bedroom was beautiful. We booked a sound bath at the cave pool which was good. My partner loves the cave pool. Breakfast was enjoyable, we chose different dishes on the menu each morning.

Bon accueil et personnel de l’accueil agréable. Les serveurs pas du tout nerveux ! Prévoyez 3/4 d’h au moins si vous voulez partir rapidement ! Équipement complet à l’hôtel. Je recommande
