Beautifully renovated convent. The queen executive room we booked was spacious and larger than most traditional hotel rooms. However during our stay, we were notified of a water shut off for upgrades that was supposed to happen at 11am and they turned off the water at around 10am. We were unable to shower for the rest of our road trip, unfortunately. They did offer alternate facilities for us but we needed to get on the road. It was unfortunate.

Gorgeous Boutique Hotel
My two sons and I live in Ontario, and we stayed at this gorgeous hotel for just one night on our way of crossing northern Canada. My husband came to Canada from South Korea for this family reunion, and PEI was 5th destination for our trip we planned. Everything was done perfectly we expected, yet one thing related to the attitude of the staff at this hotel made us very disappointed. We received a fair discount through a certain reservation site(agoda), but the employee who treated us complained in front of us that the amount of discount we received was huge. Additionally even when we checked out, he gave us the invoice without any eye contact even saying anything. The employee's attitude caused a small disappointment in our supposedly happy family trip. The hotel we stayed at the next day was Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, QC, but the overall attitude of the front desk staff was so contrasting. Nevertheless, if we get a chance to travel at PEI again, we would definitely stay at this hotel again due to the perfect breakfast & super clean room they served.

In the heart of the old city
Beautifully reappointed convent. Though architecturally honest to the 19th century building, the interior is modern, tasteful and comfortable.
