We were very grateful for Heather's attention to our needs throughout the week. The bus/shuttle driver was often there and accommodating. The lobby was very nice. Luckily, Heather was able to change our room--giving us a room on the opposite side of the building away from the noise of the highway. There was only one working elevator out of three for a portion of the stay. This made the waits for the elevator long, dogs on the elevator with people who weren't comfortable with them, and the elevators were crowded. Regarding the rooms, we were pleased with the size of the rooms however, they were a bit rundown--furniture well worn, rugs stained. My understanding is that they will be going through a remodel this January. Other comments: Don't like full beds as your doubles. The full beds were funky--mattress box spring combo. The size surprised me when we checked in and was inadequate for the adults we had sleeping in them. The King beds were quite comfortable. REALLY missed having a microwave in the room. This was a significant inconvenience to us to go to the lobby for reheating food--especially with elevators out. Hot water in the shower was a bit touch and go throughout the shower. the towels and toiletries were good. Missed having any sort of maid service over a 5-day period. How to catch a maid and request fresh towels mid-way through and no one took our old ones.  

We stayed here for a weekend while in town for a friend's wedding. First impressions: I appreciate the lobby and the natural light of the atrium. The desk staff were friendly and got us our room keys right away at check in. The layout of the room was efficient for two people. We had ample space for our luggage and clothing, as well as a full desk I commandeered as a makeup table, a small mini fridge that we filled with water bottles, nightstands with shelves and 3 drawers in the tv armoire. The bathroom had exceptional water pressure in the shower, and sufficient towels. The rooms were also (thankfully) quiet, despite being next to a busy highway. The blackout curtains were also appreciated as we were facing east and knew we would want to sleep in after a late night. There were a few places that I might respectfully suggest improvements. The pillows were too soft, and rather thin, giving little to no support for our heads or putting under our knees. We didnt get the sleep we had hoped for. I do wish that there was an actual door to the bathroom sink and vanity area. My reasoning is that turning in the light and using the space guarantees that your partner will be disturbed of they are still asleep. Lastly, there were some consistent scents or air freshener smells in the atrium and hallway that were overwhelming. The breakfast buffet that was included in our stay was better than I was expecting and had many options, both sweet and savory. Eggs. Bacon, fresh fruit, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal yogurt, juice, coffee etc. While i would stay here again for the location, cleanliness and price, I would suggest an eye mask, your own pillows.

Everyone from the kitchen crew to the front desk really did a great job! Great smiles and responsive service!

Bate and switch with condescending twist!!! ***Not!!! First the photos that are advertised of the rooms are from an ancient renovation from times pace which did not consist of up dates to the functionality of the Hotel for customers. I have seen above ground pools in better shape and cleaner. The Sona was out of service and uncovered, unattended and it and the makeshift gym were dirty/ nasty. The rooms A/C barley cooled the room. The bar and onsite restaurant did not maintain it's official hours with no accommodations. The staff were rude and any requests were addressed with condisending answers. My let out couch was dirty with previous guests food and lacked dressing that I had to retrieve. It is a one way in and out situation forcing you to pass the attendants dask like that of a guard over a fidelity in the 60's. I was on the 12th floor and had to go to the second floor to get ice as all other floors were out of service. My shower curtain and latrine smelled. Parking spaces guarantee a dent in your vehicle. The manager treated you as if she did not need you business. I will not recommend nor ever stay at this Hyatt Regency of Lisle IL again. Good luck to those of you that do.

You have to pay an additional fee for breakfast and the hot tub is permanently closed. Had to wait almost 10min to get checked in only 1 staff member at the front desk. No microwave in the room and bathtub and shower were outdated and looked dirty and the bathroom door won't shut
