This is an honest review. The elevator was broken. The furniture was damaged and outdated. The staff was unfriendly and the hotel could of been much cleaner definitely a 1 star or 2 star hotel.

I would certainly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very helpful. I loved the hot tub and pool area. The patio outside is very nice as well

I booked my hotel at La Quinta mainly based on the fact that their website said they had a pool and a hot tub. Well, they had the pool open but the hot tub was broken and when I asked when it would be working because I booked for partly that reason the guy just looked at me. Anyway I was there for 4 days and still not working. Then I was in an accident and my car got totaled and I needed to stay longer. 5 days longer. When I told the manager what happened and why I was staying longer. He never asked if I was ok or if he could assist me in any way since I didn't have a car yet. While I was there I needed to mail some bills which had stamps on them. I went down to the front desk and asked if they could mail them for me. The guy said no and that there was a mailbox at the mall, which you would have to walk under the expressway with no sidewalk. Wow. I literally felt like a burden and I was a paying customer that didn't expect to have to stay that long. Also they told me they were booked up the coming weekend for a tae Kwon doe tournament and couldn't stay past my reservation. I completely understand that but the attitude I got from them was just not right considering what I was dealing with. And magically the last night I was there the hot tub started working so idk if they were keeping it shut down until the tournament started or what but prior to booking this hotel I searched online and only booked it based on the amenities and I would have never booked there if the hot tub was not working. By the way. The cleaning staff were nicer to me than management. I'm extremely disappointed

I stayed four days for a conference in Paducah. Breakfast was a good variety of hot and cold items. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

I looked up all the hotels in that area and based on what I wanted I picked this hotel. It had an indoor pool and a hot tub. When I checked in there was a sign that said hot tub out of order. I told the gentleman at the front desk kinda jokingly that one of the reasons I booked there was because of it and if he knew if or when it was going to be fixed. He just looked at me a kinda shrugged and said don't know. So, a couple days later I was in a car accident my car was totaled and I'm by myself trying to deal with this and I had to stay longer at the hotel. So when I was letting them know that I needed to stay longer and why. Btw I went to the ER because I had whip lash. The manager never asked me if I was ok or if they could do anything for me. I really felt like a burden. I'm not a complainer and I'm easygoing but wow. So I was paying bills and I went down to the front desk to see if they could mail them for me (they had stamps on them) the guy at the front desk says no but there's a mailbox at the mall which to walk there, you would have to walk on a busy street because there aren't really any sidewalks and go under an overpass. And it was raining. So I the night before I was checking out the hot tub was working. Just in time for the Tae Kwon Do tournament that apparently the hotel was hosting. So it seems to me like the hotel didn't care about its other traveler's and wanted to make sure that the tournament had all the amenities. That's not right and neither was the way they made me feel like I was a burden. I didn't expect to have an accident while I was there but maybe a little concern or something and they should not advertise something when it's not working. I would not have stayed booked with them.
