Palmterrace

The place is dreamy. One of those few times, I was executed to wake up early just to see the sunrise by the pool view and it was just better. One can view the Agung and Lempuyang hills from the pool area. We had the Pool Breakfast basket (paid) thing for the first time and it was amazing. The staff is really helpful and co-operative. One evening, there was 1+1 offer on cocktails. It's a huge area with limited villas so kind of private and spacious. Maybe a little away from locality but the closeness to Tirta Gangga temple and Lempuyang temple also helps. Overall a great stay in East Bali. Also the breakfast, especially the fruit juices were really nice. Might suggest have some more options in the food menu for meals.

We had the one & only ‘penthouse’, practically bigger room and elevated. Our view is 200% unobstructed organic, in the middle of a jungle… the pics you see are what you get, literally! The morning sunrise and sunset are picture perfect too. The staff speak English so well, you couldn’t believe you are in a Bali’s jungle. The food is splendid, my fav is the acai smoothie, try all 4 flavours: dragonfruit / strawberry / spinach! and my most fav. Banana!! I also fancy the caramelised french toast with the Bali traditional coffee.

It was really quiet and peaceful stay at Palmterrace. Swimming pool is excellent. Felt very therapeutic. Staffs are courteous and helpful. Best suited for couples, but need to have enough supplies such as fruits, snacks, cutleries etc. if you are travelling with infants as there are no shops nearby. Overall a worthy experience

We loved our time at palm terrace. It was a quiet few days after a busy stay in Ubud. The hotel was well equipped, clean and in a beautiful setting. Very relaxing. For us it was a little outside of things and was quite tricky to get a car to take us where we wanted to go. We did manage to get to Amed for some snorkeling and dinner and to one of the temples. We particularly enjoyed the snorkeling. We did a sunset trip and it was very quiet today ith lots of fish and turtles. Breakfast at palm terrace was great and the staff were very friendly.
