I had a great holiday in this lovely hotel. The view from my room was beautiful. The hotel is very clean and peaceful. The staff were all ready to help and very efficient and helpful. I loved the food . It was wide variety and delicious and the menu wasn't repeated during my five days stay. I really recommend it very highly.

Everything was perfect. The staff are completely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The animation team was nice. The room and everything else was excellent.

Just came back from a vacation at this hotel, and honestly, the place exceeded all expectations. From the very first minute to the last, we felt incredibly welcome, and the service there was just phenomenal. We arrived at the hotel very early (around 6:45 AM), and the team welcomed us with open arms, let us into the property right away, and we spent our morning enjoying the beach. By the early morning, they had already called us to say our room was ready, but we were enjoying our time by the sea and didn't head up to check in until around 11:00 AM. Not only that, but they also gave us a free upgrade to an amazing Sea View room, along with a late check-out. We ended up checking out of the room at 10:00 AM because we wanted to hit the beach one last time and weren't leaving until late. We chilled by the beach and seamlessly left the hotel at 8:00 PM. Special thanks to Mahmoud and Bishoy at the reception for their professionalism, friendliness, and for making everything so smooth from day one. Also, a big shoutout to Tamer, who helped us with our luggage to the room when we arrived and walked us all the way out to the main road to get our car when we left. Truly a gentleman. The Beach & Sea: - The sea there is so incredible that we didn’t even bother trying the swimming pool once! The beach is very nice and sandy , packed with tons of fish, and the marine life around the marina is beautiful—you get to see some amazing stuff. The shore is also full of hermit crabs, which you can just sit and watch for hours without getting bored. - On our first day, we went down early in the morning, and the water was super calm and nice. Unfortunately, by the end of the day, the sea got rough and it turned into a Red Flag. For the rest of the days, it was a Yellow Flag and the water stayed a bit rough, so we couldn't fully enjoy swimming to the max, but it’s fine—we'll definitely make up for it next time because this place is totally worth it. Service & Food: - Housekeeping / Room Service: I’d like to specifically thank the gentleman who was responsible for cleaning our room. I unfortunately can't recall his name, but his cleanliness and attention to detail were excellent. He even brought us a complimentary fruit platter, which was a really nice touch! - Main Restaurant, Grills & Pasta: The food is delicious, and the entire restaurant staff is cheerful, friendly, and always keeping a great vibe. A special thanks to Chef Mahmoud at the grill station; he really went above and beyond for us, his food is amazing, and he is super nice with the guests. Also, a big thanks to Mahmoud at the pasta station for making us an absolute banger of a white sauce pasta! And of course, the "Toumeya" (garlic dip) at the main restaurant is top-notch and a must-try! - Bars & Specialty Restaurants: Big thanks to Ragab at the pool bar for his quick and excellent service , and to Sayed at the beach restaurant and the Italian restaurant for his professionalism and hospitality. The place is just so relaxing, and the entire staff's main goal is to make sure you are comfortable and happy. This definitely won’t be our last visit!
