Dear Agoda Customer Service, I am contacting you regarding a significant discrepancy in the amount charged for my hotel booking. When I made the booking, the room was displayed at approximately PKR *** per night. I booked the room for 5 nights, so the room cost should have been approximately PKR ***. However, I have been informed that Agoda charged PKR ***, including PKR *** in taxes and fees. The same room is still showing at approximately PKR *** per night on Agoda. Therefore, I would like you to explain clearly why my booking was charged PKR *** Please provide me with a complete itemized breakdown showing: * Room rate for each of the 5 nights * Taxes * Service fees * Any additional fees or surcharges * Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any meal charges * Any other services or charges included in the booking Please also explain why the final amount is significantly higher than the room rate that was displayed at the time of booking. I have attached screenshots of the booking/price information for your reference. Please investigate this matter and provide me with a detailed explanation. And to day is 10/9/2026 same price show as when i booked my room butt debit of my account is ** rupees much of different

Hotel is cheaper, staff was friendly. Near to haram hardly 8mins walk. Food is also available arround this hotel with 5mins walk. According to the price this hotel is cheaper and near to haram.

Good Hotel to book in Madina if you have medium budget and traveling with Family. As the hotel location is nearby Ladies Gate to Masjid ul Nabwi hardly 400mtrs distance by walk to 326 gate.

Standard Rooms are small, poor facilities, but the staff are very friendly & helpful. They upgrade my room to suite. Mamun & Nazrul are housekeeping they tookcare of us whole stay. They were helpful & available most the time.

Cost was high I presume due to peak season and lack of options
