We stayed here on our drive from Salt Lake City to central California because our usual stop in Reno was unavailable due to price. Great location off of the freeway and modest amenities nearby. The room was clean but the rest of the property could use some maintenance. Breakfast was meh, but the coffee robot was great. I was not happy about the extra “resort fee” as this property certainly is no resort. The fee was disclosed at booking, but still…

Nice stopover before or after Reno

Great option in truckee

Definitely a solid spot in Truckee if you are skiing etc. Employee drove from Reno morning of the storm to get breakfast going for everyone.

Bang for buck

The value for the fee is worth the cost. Basic room but well equipped and clean too. The breakfast bar is well stocked and even one can make a cappuccino! Close to Lake and Handy for events. Recommend for a family as well.
