The place is in good area. The staff are good same with the person who prepares breakfast. Food is good enough to start the day. The price is unbeatable. The room space is good. AC is good. Towels are cleaned and smells clean.

I strongly recommend that people do not book this Comfort Inn. I paid for a king suite because I expected the room to be clean, comfortable, and properly prepared before my arrival. Instead, when I opened the pull-out couch, I found dirty sheets covered with several stains and pieces of debris. One of the stains appeared to be blood, and there were also brown and dark marks on the sheets. The bedding was wrinkled and did not look like it had been freshly washed or changed. This immediately made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned before we checked in. This was completely unacceptable because the pull-out couch was supposed to be used as a bed. No guest should have to discover stained and dirty bedding, especially after paying for a king suite. Housekeeping should check the main bed, the pull-out couch, and every piece of bedding before allowing guests to enter the room. The condition of these sheets made it look like the pull-out bed had not been cleaned or inspected after the previous guests left. I took pictures because I wanted proof of the condition of the bedding. After seeing what appeared to be blood, brown stains, dirt, and debris on the sheets, I did not feel comfortable or safe sleeping in the room. Clean bedding is one of the most basic things every hotel must provide. If the sheets were left in this condition, it made me wonder what else in the room had not been cleaned. I strongly advise other people not to book this Comfort Inn, especially not the king suite. This experience was disgusting, disappointing, and not worth the money I paid. The hotel needs to take cleanliness more seriously, improve its housekeeping procedures, and inspect every bed and pull-out couch before guests arrive. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Second message: This is honestly my worst nightmare. I spoke with the man working the overnight shift and explained the disgusting condition of the room. He told me that a manager would arrive at 7:00 a.m., but he was not willing to move my family to a different room. Because of this, my children and I were forced to remain in the same nasty room with dirty, stained bedding until morning. I do not understand how a hotel employee could see a serious cleanliness problem involving children and still refuse to provide another room. Even worse, my children developed rashes in several areas of their skin while we were staying there. I cannot confirm exactly what caused the rashes, but finding dirty sheets with brown marks and what appeared to be blood made the situation even more concerning. As a mother, I should not have to worry about whether a hotel room is clean and safe enough for my children. We paid for a king suite, but we were left in an unsanitary room without help during the night. This entire experience was extremely upsetting, stressful, and disgusting. The overnight employee should have taken the problem seriously and moved us immediately instead of making us wait until 7:00 a.m. for a manager. A hotel should never expect a family to stay in a room with dirty bedding, especially after children begin developing rashes. I strongly recommend that people do not book this hotel. This place needs better housekeeping, better customer service, and employees who will protect the health and safety of their guests.
