We’ve had a lovely stay at this hotel. It has the feel of a boutique hotel although has capacity for a lot of guests. The staff who checked us in set the standard, they were helpful and informative, and that was consistent from all staff throughout our stay. The hotel and our room was spotlessly clean and serviced daily. We had upgraded as we are aware that Parisian hotels can have cramped bedrooms, we were very happy with the space we had. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we enjoyed people watching from our small balcony. The hotel is very well placed for getting anywhere as there is it’s a very short walk to the metro, bus station and tram line. The area itself is diverse, it’s not for anyone who may be intimidated by marginalised people. The area has a large homeless population and you are subjected to requests for money.

The experience at La Belle Ville was very good! The staff is very professional and attentive, the cleanliness is remarkable and the breakfast hit the spot with the variety needed for a hefty and healthy experience. The metro is at 1min walking distance across the hotel’s street- La Porte des lilas .

Kamar yg nyaman, bersih dan staf yang ramah. Dekat stasiun metro jalan kaki 2 menit. Di sekitar hotel ada McD. Amenities yang kurang, gak ada gym, kamar tanpa pemanas. Agak jauh dr pusat kota Paris. Tapi hotel ini cukup menarik. Desain setiap kamar bagus. Hanya agak kecil. Untuk.koper kabin pas.

The room is modern and nice. When we first checked in there was a smell of urine. We always smell this when we travel to China and don't expect this in Paris. Luckily the smell went away on the second day. We guess it's from the previous occupants.

First night I have encountered some issue- AC isn't working, my wife and I were perspiring in the middle of the night. We called reception many times, no one picks up. So we went down instead, and saw a man at the reception, so we proceed on to tell him our issues. Yet he didn't initiate to help us but just to ask us to open the window and adjust the AC. as Frustrated we are, we went back up to our room to find out that there isn't any windows at all. which really pissed me off. Went down the second time, the same guy said he is only covering a shift for someone and he doesn't know the hotel layout, told us he will call his colleague to assist us with a portable fan. But we refused to go back up, so we waited at the lobby for almost 20minutes. And he gave us a fan. Terrible experiences. firstly- as a receptionist you didn't pick up the call. secondly- you did not assist us with anything until the second time we came down. Thirdly- you lied because there isn't any colleague coming to us, you simply just went to find the fan to pass it to us. Horrible, please do not book with this hotel
