아이리스 호텔 케이프 코드

Unpleasant smell when entering the room and sliding a shower curtain. The room carpet looks very old. Quite a long way from main entrance to the room and a few spots with stairs within the same floor - a bit inconvenient with luggage. Front desk staff was excellent during check-in. Still have not received a receipt sending thru email as requested during the check-out since more than 24 hours ago.

Good value of money,,and staff are very friendly specially the lady in the front desk..breakfast was good ..their pool was under renovation and their bar only open certain days.

Good thing first, the night staff are helpful and are the only ones that try to solve problems. There is a huge problem in the management’s for the hotel. First, the house keeper Chris did not clean the room properly before our stay, the linen is visibly dirty, and the body wash bottle is empty. Second, the night staff makes a note to the manager to ask for better house keeping on the other day, and I have personally asked the front desk to clean the room in the morning. However, the same problems exist on the second night, which is totally unacceptable. The morning staff had confirmed they received the note from the night team and the manager would take care of that, however, the room was not cleaned and things are not filled up, and coffee is not replenished. I am not sure why the QC in holiday Inn dropped that much, and I would reconsider whether I will stay in the holiday inn brand in the future.

Great hotel. A bit expensive.

Loved it here love that they offer full size shampoo conditioner and body wash, trial size colgate toothpaste colgate toothbrush, listerine mouthwash, plenty of towels, breakfast is great, laundry facility on site, pool swim anytime, beautiful view outside, huge parking lot plenty of parking and just over great staff great experience will definately be back again!
