Good value private room when I needed a break from hostels - and you have access to the camping kitchen too. The laundry room was very busy when I was there as was over Easter break. The staff let me check in early which I was so thankful for. Good bed and nice to have a fridge and TV in the room

An excellent place to stay overall staff were friendly and very helpful

Walking distance to the Cole’s and bottle shop. Great peaceful stay with clean comfortable room and great pool.

Just a short stroll along the board walk to get into Airlie Beach and a very scenic stroll at that for sunset or sunrise. Great facilities a bus stop right out front and Coles just up the road. Great place to stay for business or holiday.

My entire check-in was a terrible experience Without the guidance of the staff, the whole hotel check-in process is complicated. Because the whole area has a hotel area and a camping area, different areas have passwords. in the emails I received earlier, there was no guidance and tips on the check-in process, room number, password for entering different areas, time instruction for stopping check in and other important information When I arrived at the hotel on the day of check-in, it was already dark, I could not find any staff, and no one answered the phone, and as alone female tourist, I was scared at this point. I ended up with a guest who was also staying at the property, who put me through to the staff's private number and explained that he had been in the same situation as me on his first day. So I spent 30-40 minutes that night, tired and hungry, checking in and finding my room. (1) No email instructions prior to check-in (I don't know if it was because I checked in under the name Asian, the staff thought it was okay to treat Asians differently, which in my opinion was a form of discrimination) (2) Disrespectful attitude of the staff When I checked out the next day, the staff asked me how I had enjoyed my stay, and I stated the above truthfully that the staff did not listen carefully, but in the course of talking to me, they turned to other customers and ignored me, which in my opinion was very disrespectful (3) The hotel party tries to evade responsibility in the later stage I checked in on the evening of July 16, and received an email from the hotel at 6:35 PM that day, informing me that there would be no staff on site after 6 PM to check in. I checked out on the morning of July 17, and received an email from the hotel about the room number and access password at 3:35 PM on 17 July，but I've already checked out that time. All these need to be informed to me before checking in on July 16, and they were sent to me after I checked out, in order to escape responsibility. I have emails and the time of the emails to prove all the above comments.
