엠버시 스위트 바이 힐튼 탬파 다운타운 컨벤션 센터

The good thing about this hotel is that it is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. The location is the best, very convenient with everything very close, Amalie Arena is a 3-minute walk away and in front is the Teco system with stops every 15 minutes that takes you to Ybor City for free. The bad thing was. When checking in they confused my reservation with someone else's, the room they gave me was very dirty, sheets with stains and food spills all over the floor and furniture, the toilet was dirty with hair and the bathroom floor with stains like juice, when I asked if they could clean my room while I was going to be out, they preferred to change my room and I accepted but the second room they gave me had no view, it was right against a huge wall and I paid for a city view room so I told them about it and they changed my room again for the third time, 19th floor, this was clean and with an impressive view, but here the worst thing was that the air conditioning did not work, I had already looked Many reviews mentioned this but I didn't think it would happen to me, I told the person in the lobby but he just said he was sorry.

We have a great time. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, good breakfast and location is centralized . However, keep in mind it’s only Valet which is $42 + taxes per day not including tips which is another $7 suggested. They even expect tip when drop off and for pick up, even when isn’t mandatory. Only other option is a self parking on a public one but they will charge you every time you go in and out plus the hassle to go to a different location. Other than that we have a good time.

Except the internet. I honestly really like Embassy Suites as a concept. I like the rooms, the breakfast was great, the staff was great, everything was great. Just hope you don't want to watch a stream or have a video meeting for work. It was just faster for me to turn my wifi off and use my data. Also there is very little around to walk to. Because the weather is 100% humidity even walking down tot he Publix just across the bridge will leave you needing a shower when you get back, and other than the convention center there is very little to walk to anyway.

The staff was wonderful, the best location but rooms are dated. My room stayed hot even on 65 degrees, the ice machine was broken, the refrigerator was not cold and the ironing board was broken. Charges off the chain food prices were ridiculous.

Wonderful stay.
