골드 잔지바르 비치 하우스 & 스파

서비스 객실상태 수영장까지도 좋지만 정말 충격적인 음식상태 심지어 칵테일마져도 쇼크 돈값은 못하고. 방 털릴까봐 초 긴장상태

We had a very enjoyable stay at Gold Zanzibar Beach House & Spa and would definitely recommend it. A big thank you to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived at 9:00 a.m., even though check-in was from 2:00 p.m., and the hotel kindly allowed us to have a shower, store our luggage, and even enjoy breakfast before our room was ready. That made a fantastic first impression. The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes throughout our stay. Restaurant prices were reasonable, the beach security made us feel safe, and the entire resort was clean and well maintained. There are a few areas that could be improved. The gym is quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment or at least a refresh. The swimming pool could also use some renovation, and the jacuzzi features were not working during our stay. Service in the kitchen was always friendly, but quite slow—staff seemed to work at a very relaxed pace, and even simple dishes like fried eggs were prepared one at a time. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. A lovely hotel with friendly staff, great food, and a beautiful location.

Room was really spacious with comfortable bed and well set bathroom facilities. Quite hilly and would not be recommended for people with mobility problems. One main buffet restaurant, and one à la carte which is not what we are used to for 5* hotels. Chefs and staff very friendly in general, and it wa la quiet when we visited so the staff got to know us which was lovely. Animation team, are trying very hard to engage you in any way they can. Matthias is a talented young man who was the soul Of all activities. À la carte had a very good varied menu. What I feel could be better was the speed of service as polo polo is a cultural norm but not when you come from another culture. During a non busy period, you expect drinks to come at a reasonable time. I also wanted to have more variety of snacks and for longer period at the pool bar area. Some of the shops on site did not keep the timetable at their window so had to do multiple trips, only to discover that one day they closed easy, the other day it was a day off, etc. Lots of flies around which made it really uncomfortable as the food was exposed. Everything should be covered. in general it is a gated paradise, beautiful nature, well spread facilities Not feeling squashed.

I must say I selected the best for my Birthday 🎂 aswell as my anniversary. The service from arriving 🙌 was outstanding, From the set up on our room and aswell as the full cake 🎂 and the singing and dancing that was arranged, I even got a special present and a note from the General Manager who happened to be the one who welcomed us on our checkin. This place is outstanding 👏 when it comes to hosting guest, I am coming back for a full week here.
