Swosti Chilika Resort is perfectly situated on the banks of Asia’s largest brackish water lagoon, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. Its proximity to Chilika’s bird sanctuary makes it an ideal destination for nature enthusiasts. The resort’s architecture combines traditional Odia elements with modern luxury, and the sprawling gardens add to the resort’s charm. The rooms and cottages are thoughtfully designed, offering spacious layouts, modern amenities, and private balconies or patios with scenic views. A little more attention to detail during housekeeping could elevate the guest experience even further. The on-site restaurant impresses with its variety, featuring both local Odia delicacies and international cuisines. The seafood dishes, in particular, stand out for their freshness. We thoroughly enjoyed the food there and can say that it was easily one of our favourite part of the vacation. The guided tour we booked to Nalabana Bird Sanctuary & Maa Kalijaj Temple was thoroughly enjoyable, especially because we were accompanied by an extremely knowledgeable nature enthusiast to guide us. Finally, The resort staff is courteous and helpful. A slight improvement in response time during busy periods could make the service feel even more seamless.

The stay was good and relaxing. The Restaurant staffs were very courteous. Starting from the executive chef *** who is very generous and his preparations were delicious. He took care of all our requests. Then *** the bartender who is very careful on crafting our cock n mock. Took a very good care with ***. Yes he is a good photographer too. Then Mr *** the FNB Manager a gold hearted person who took care of our food all set up requested. Very Happy with him along with his team. Summing up a pleasant stay with very energetic and rejuvenating strings attached.

The stay was quite good with good ambience and hospitality. The food was delicious and the rooms were quite clean. They were big enough with good views. The only demerit is the wifi. It is very bad in coverage and speed. My mobile network was more speed than the wifi. People with jio might face issues as the network drops to 0 or 1. Airtel works good with 5G coverage.

Facilities are not being takeing care of, Good things are being negeleted by care takeras. Slow response by staffs Front office should upgrade to AC,
