The location of the resort and the views it offers are fantastic!! Best in the region! The hotel and its ambience is very pleasing and thoughtfully designed!! The staff are well trained; the food is reasonably good. Cons: (1) The road leading to the resort is a bit narrow, unmaintained. (2) The hotel is over pricy!! (3) The loud heart-breaking music and DJ in the restaurant particularly during dinner must stop; it is against the theme of peace and tranquility that the resort boasts of, and rightly so when it is situated in the middle of the jungle and the hills! It disturbs every other guest who is not into such hip-hop culture and also the locals and even the birds and animals. The staff bravely managed to hold off a crazy group at least until we managed to finish our dinner. But such a situation should never arise, in the first place. The resort should make it a policy not to allow such crowd.

No complain. From the time I booked this, support was provided very promptly via WhatsApp messages. The location is fantastic, food was excellent and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will look for no other option but to stay here in my next trip.
