I enjoyed a stay and overall, it was a very positive experience. The hotel itself is a lovely place, well-maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests. The rooms were also impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me. My only real issue was the size of the rooms. They were quite small, and honestly, I did feel a bit claustrophobic at times. If you're someone who needs a lot of space to spread out, this might be a consideration. Another minor downside was the coffee and tea. I ordered both black coffee and tea, and unfortunately, both were served with a very high sugar content. While this might appeal to some, it wasn't to my taste. Hopefully, the hotel can offer unsweetened options in the future. Despite these two small points, I would still highly recommend. The friendly staff, cleanliness, and overall positive vibe definitely outweigh the small room size and overly sweet beverages. If you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, this is a great choice.

Nice guest house few km away from NH 44. At Adilabad. Very clean with all the eminities. Just that a little issue with parking space as the guest house lies beside service road.

Cosy but small room, OK fir overnight., No parking and you will have to park in a small road in front and hope that no one rubs your car. Several steps to climb to the reception. So, unless you are fit and fine, avoid thus place.

Due to mosquito menace the entire floor is packed and claustrophobic,no fresh air circulation, internet, Television,was not working,wash room much raised floor ,no lifts,no safe parking, vehicles are made to manage on road at owners risk. Not at all align with the pics shown also too much LED lighting looks cheap which was not all required rather basic stuff and services should be working. I think basic not known to owner that fresh air more important AC.Some painting happened in one of the room our room was having paint smell during entire span we stayed,there is no provision to flush air.

Beautifully done with all possible facility in a tiny space. Courteous and helpful staff, good food, clean space. Secure property. We dint enjoy much as we dint find appropriate parking (parking is a small street in front of the facility) and the price for high for the space provided. They r pet friendly, which was very helpful.
