Great atmosphere and Great staff
Wonderful place and I should say Child friendly too. The support from staff for child special food is commendable. Only negative was no WiFi but since there was good coverage for mobile, was able to manage.

Agoda Should take responsibility for Booking..!!
Hotel is Nice and good.. But middle agency should take responsibility of dispute management at hotel.. regarding adding of new members they don’t have quick action.. even they have not put their numbers also.. which is not good for middle agency like Agoda.. and hotel phone no that they give is wrong.. we should search in web to get hotel no for enquiries.. why AGODA..? Why they r not giving contact number..? Rate is ok.. but need good management by AGODA..!!!!

My stay at KTDC Kumarakom Gateway was a truly pleasant experience. The property is set in a beautiful location surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The resort offers good recreational facilities that make the stay enjoyable and relaxing. 🍽️ The breakfast buffet was impressive with a nice spread, while the dinner buffet could use some improvement in variety and taste. That said, the staff were extremely welcoming and courteous, which added warmth to the overall experience. 🚶 Accessibility is another plus point — the hotel is within walking distance from the bus stand, close to Cherthala Railway Station, and about 45 minutes from Alappuzha bus stand, making it convenient for travelers. ✨ Overall, KTDC Kumarakom Gateway is a great choice for a peaceful getaway with friendly service and a scenic environment. With a little enhancement to the dinner offerings, it could be an even more delightful stay.

Check in was easy. Location is spectacular and rooms very clean with good amenities. Well maintened location, clean garden and lobby. Staff is very friendly and very helpful for whatever you need. They speak English and some speak Hindi so it became very easy for us. Location is by the lake with swings, lots of greenery and Hommocks to sit and enjoy. I recommend bringing a bug spray if you like to sit outside n the evening.
