• - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 

• - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• POLICIES

• - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

• - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 

• - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 

• - Guests are requested to be very careful around the pool area as the floor may be slippery.

• - After using the swimming pool, strictly avoid using the living room furniture in wet clothes.

• - A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected at the time of check-in. If the length of stay is more than three days deposit may vary accordingly.

• - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. There are smoking zones near the gazebo and pool area with ashtray receptacles placed for use.

• - Please do not carry any glassware in or around the pool. 

• - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days after getting clearance from the Vista representative and provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

• - Kindly do not wear footwear inside the villa.

• - All-male groups are not allowed at the villa.
