During my stay in the property, my wife and her friend availed SPA faciltiy, which was instantly paid through UPI by them. At the time of check out, it was billed again. As family was busy in packing stuff, I also not being informed about the payment by wife, I made this payment again. As I started back for Mumbai and while being some 4/5 s away, I got to know that SPA payment has already been made. Instantly , I called the reception desk and asked them regarding double payment. Upon enquiry, they also confirmed that refund will be done. As location of property is a bit remote, I asked them whether my coming back is required, reception desk confirmed... its not required and you will be getting payment. Its been four days and I am daily following up for refund, for which the property reception desk is yet to start any action. Also, rooms are not checked orior to guests checking in. Rmeites not working, doors not locking... and so on. So before checking in and checking doubly ensure things as I mentioned above.

Property is around 15 kms from lonavala. It's remoteness allows you to spend quality time without routine hush. It has a lot of outdoor options such as archery, cricket turf, swimming pool, indoor games like pool, carrom, table tennis, etc where you can enjoy with your loved ones. Food is exceptionally good and superb service. Since there are no cellular networks available in the property, we had to completely rely on wifi which is generally irregular and causes interruptions. One recommendation - bicycling can be added as an activity since there is enough open space available in the property. Rest, all good and recommended.

We stayed for a night, the location is good & food is also good but need to improve on cleanliness & house keeping.

Resort location is premium, just a short offroading but that's it, then you have mesmerizing view of vally around the hotel. Swimming pool was clean, plenty of amenities for children to play, some maintenance is required there for amenities but it's playable. Breakfast was awesome. I loved it. Will definitely visit again.

One thing which I didn't like about this hotel is connecting road from main road. Eventhough its about a kilometer, its a bad and Dangerous stretch. Service is TOPNOTCH.
