Proes: Very well maintained, clean, huge parking area , big size rooms, reasonably good food options & quality to offer. Cons: Very poor & muddy approach road ( about 1.5 KM), which needs immediate attention especially from all commercial property owners . Be cautious during monsoon as your car may get stuck even if it's an SUV. Nearby beach is in pathetic condition, not maintained at all & stinking hence not worth even visiting there.

Recently stayed here for 2 nights in alibag trip. . enjoyed so much here...staff is very helpful...food is freshly prepared...beach is also nearby... overall satisfaction is guaranteed...
