Great experience! Pure, serene and enjoyable stay at the resort. Right from the booking to the pickup from the jetty to the housekeeping and food was quite a pleasurable experience. The property is simply awesome with well kept rooms, clean swimming pool and awesome food. Worthy Special mention of excellent and cordial staff, at the reception, swimming pool, housekeeping(Mr Ganesh) , at the restaurant(Mr Wesley) and nature walk(Mr Sunil) and all the other staff very prompt and professional at their service. I suggest to stay at the property for a pleasurable experience.

This is exceptional property to stay considering its on Island and they get all the stuff from mainland. We loved the clean beach, water activities, nature walk and being in-between mini forest. I have one suggestion, if you do not book directly from hotel website, call the hotel in advance about your contact details. As arrangement for ferry etc. is needed. All the staff were great!

We visited this place during Diwali holidays, location is amazing. The staff was very friendly and took care of us well. We requested for Jain food and the Chef served us some good Jain food. They could improve on the activities and add indoor games. The rooms are small for the price you are paying. But I guess price is for the location and also they need to get most of the stuff from main land.

Booked one night for our anniversary boat across to island was lovely. Got there early had breakfast then checked into our room. Room quality looks very tired in places and exposed wires from hanging down lights.view from our room all jungle but you can see the sea very untidy vegetation round the cabins. Bar area was disgusting old sliced lime pieces left on filthy chopping board with filthy mixer and sides full of dirt and dust and no one in sight to serve you or anything. So we decided to go to restaurant where we had breakfast food in menu good and well presented drinks another matter no Gin, vodka no wine what a shambles asked why there's no choice usual excuse the elections but in my experience if you are in hospitality you think ahead of these things and have a plan so you don't disappoint guests which are paying way over the top for this resort it might say it's luxury but it's not. Cheap powder coffee for breakfast cheap toiletries in the bathroom WiFi rubbish and TV channels you might as well forget it. On the plus side pool is very nice. Asked if management could get me sula white wine savignon blanc to go with our romantic dinner yesterday of course but they couldn't even get that right they brought Red wine which I don't drink all in all spoilt our anniversary and the front guy on reception had no clue how to resolve these issues all he could say was because of elections what a poor excuse. At checkout no sorry for our disappointing stay just puppets.

We had a peaceful and pleasant stay at the resort. The checkin process was smooth and hassle free, and the staff were welcoming. The location is stunning, and the views from the property were truly breathtaking. However, the management needs to focus more on maintaining room cleanliness. The linens did not seem fresh or clean, and we also noticed insects inside the room. On the brighter side, the food was exceptionally good and definitely a highlight of our stay. Overall, we had a decent experience, but with improved housekeeping, Cintacor Island Resort can offer a much better and more comfortable stay.
