The hotel is located prime area near aravind eye hospital. Double Ac Room was average. Staff was cordial... Attached restaurant is also there... Overall budget friendly accommodation..

I stayed at Sri Annapoorna Hotel for 2 days, and unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant experience. Here are the main issues I encountered: No Parking: The hotel doesn’t provide any dedicated parking facilities. They parked my vehicle on the roadside and assured me that they would take care of it. However, in the morning, I discovered that my car had been hit by another vehicle and the person had driven off. When I approached the hotel staff about it, they did not provide any response or assistance, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing. No Hot Water: There was no hot water in the bathroom during my stay. I was informed that hot water is available only between 6 to 8 AM. This was highly inconvenient, especially for those needing a warm shower at different times of the day. The lack of a consistent supply of hot water is a basic amenity that should be provided. Housekeeping Issues: The room was not cleaned every day, which I found unacceptable. After spending a long day outside, I expected the room to be refreshed. However, housekeeping only cleaned the room once during my stay, and it was a minimal effort at that. Fresh towels and toiletries were not provided regularly, which contributed to the overall dissatisfaction. Given these issues, I cannot recommend Sri Annapoorna Hotel. The lack of basic facilities and poor service made my stay unpleasant, and I would advise others to reconsider before booking. I will not be returning in the future.

Me and my family with children check in at 7 pm and check out with in 1 hour. The room they give was a paradise of bugs and cockroaches (patta). More that 30 cockroaches was in the bed and toilets . When I told my complaint to the reception , they were not willing to help and their attitude was so rude . Even if I put negative reviews , I am sure that they will get customers bcoz of proximity to aravind eye hospital and also this hotel was having high reputation until 3 year back. Because before 3 years , I stayed in the same hotel more than 6 times as part of my eye check up in aravind hospital. This time situation was horrible and big night mare . Toilet flush was not working , water was leaking thru rested pipeline from bathroom. I doubt it was drainage water bcoz it was smelling like toilet water . With in 1 hour of check in , I checkout and moved to near by hotel named Rajeswari where it was very clean and also 24 hour check out. This hotel is the most worst hotel I ever stayed bcoz I really feel they are cheating. They just put the reception and restaurant looks nice so that customers do check in and once you reach the room you will be in pathetic situation . Food served in restaurant , they say it's kerala food .. it's funny that the taste of food is very very low quality. (Better you can take good quality food from vasantam restaurant owned by Aravind hospital .. low price , veey clean and tasty food ).. If you check in this hotel , please switch off light for 30 minutes. And once you switch on lights , you can watch all the hidden cockroaches coming out from bedsheets , toilet , under the bed , in wardrobe etc. I already posted some cockroach 🪳 photos which I see in my room. If you like nice cockroach massages in your face and body during your sleep , then this hotel is for you .. all the best for your stay here .. and if you stay , let God bless you 🙏

AC not working properly ,no lock in the bathroom,No heater,Fan does not work properly and was broken,room walls were broken,a big hole in the bathroom.outer evelation was good.inner ambience is worst. And more over they charged too much of amount,no parking facility.
